TONGLEN - the practice of sending and receiving - is a mindfulness practice rooted in the tibetan buddhisme.
TONGLEN is easy to learn and easy to practice in your everyday life. The benefits are immediate.
TONGLEN transforms suffering - shutting yourself down and turning away - into compassion for yourself and others and others. Inevitable challenges of life become your doorway to healing - also of long lingering old pain - and into content wellbeing.
TONGLEN is the path from inner narrowness and isolation into liberating inner spaciousness and connection.

On these evenings you will get familiar with 'TONGLEN of the moment'. If you wish to get a first taste of TONGLEN, spare a momentn and listen to a speech of Pema Chödrön: "Good Medicine - How to turn Pain into Compassion with Tonglen". For those who wish to deepen their knowledge of this practice I recommend Pema's book, 'TONGLEN'.
TONGLEN evenings take place monthly - one evening each in German or Englisch.
Participation is donation based.
