I offer a  monthly multilingual  SHARING CIRCLE - every last Wednesday of the month.

You bring whatever is alive in you right now, may it be joy, may it be sorrow or anger.

The Circle will listen, offering presence - and eventually feedback if you wish so.

The tools I will bring to the table are NVC, 'Circle Touchstones' and TONGLEN.
