DEUTSCH - Ein grossartiges Tool, das eigene Erleben - einen herausfordernden Augenblick, eine schwere Entscheidung, blockierende Gefühle, eine Beziehungskrise, und und ... aus ungewohnten Blickwinkeln zu betrachten und neu zu begreifen.
ENGLISH - The NVC Dance Floor moves your body and emotions while you express thoughts, needs and requests. Explore the hidden dynamics and deeper meaning of an occurrence or question you have in an NVC Dance. No need to know anything about Nonviolent Communication; a brief introduction to the basic 5 steps of the dance - right before you get started - and someone experienced (in this case Gemma) at your side to guide you through your dance, will do.
YOU CAN DANCE IN ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, ITALIANO, ESPAÑOL, FRANCAIS or PORTUGUES
